CUSTOM FULL COLOR MASCOT INFORMATION:
You MUST purchase a $15 NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE design fee for EACH MASCOT that you need.
You will not receive the design file. We retain all rights to print our designs.
After purchasing the design fee please EMAIL your ORDER NUMBER along with the Custom print information (Mascot Name and the Background Script Word) to customerservice@peachykeenprints.net.
If you want a custom mockup for COMPLETED TEES the minimum number of tees is 36. Please include in your email that the mockup is needed for tees and if you want the background to be glitter or a color with words.
FOR PRINTS:
The only color change possible is the background. The Name and borders will remain the same as pictured. IF YOU FAIL TO PROVIDE THE BACKGROUND COLOR IN YOUR EMAIL WE WILL CONTACT YOU VIA EMAIL. WE WILL NOT DESIGN YOUR CUSTOM UNTIL YOU HAVE PROVIDED THE COLOR.
Within five business days we will provide you with a mockup of your design on a light gray shirt for your use (like the additional product photos).
After you receive the mockup and have gathered your orders, please confirm the quantity of prints you need (see minimums information below) by replying to the mockup email and we will create a custom order for you.
MINIMUMS:
For Full color, high heat, soft ink screen print transfers:
36 minimum pricing is $6.00 for each print.
75 minimum pricing is $4.00 for each print.
For DTF Prints:
Order in quantities of 6. There is a minimum of 6 required for DTF. $6.00 for each print.
IF YOUR DESIGN IS TWO WORDS the DTF price each will be $8.50.
Each size of print (youth or adult) requires a multiple of 6 for DTF.
We will not order your prints until you have purchased them.
After purchasing the prints you can expect that your order will ship to you within 7 - 10 business days.
We will send the order to the email address you initially used to notify us of your mascot information and order number.
